Essential Requirements Relevant qualification in Construction or a related discipline. Significant industry experience within the construction sector. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning. Ability to motivate and support learners of varying abilities. Desirable Requirements Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent). Previous teaching or training experience in further education or industry.
