Business Lecturer (2 Positions Available)

Location: Ealing Campus
Hours - Up to 23 teaching hours per week
Pay Rate: £33.10 per hour
Contract: Ongoing, reviewed half-termly

We are seeking two experienced Business Lecturers to join our team at Ealing Campus. These exciting opportunities offer up to 23 teaching hours per week per role, with flexibility for candidates who may only be available for part of the timetable (for example, three days per week).

The roles are initially reviewed on a half-termly basis but have the potential to become long-term or temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Business programmes up to BTEC Level 3.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that support learner achievement.
• Monitor and assess student progress in line with awarding body requirements.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate learner records and support achievement targets.

Requirements

• Experience teaching Business Studies up to BTEC Level 3.
• Previous experience within a Further Education (FE) setting is highly desirable.
• Relevant teaching qualification and subject expertise.
• Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
