We are currently recruiting for 2 Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a mainstream education setting in Ealing.

Role 1

• 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday)
• 8:30am - 4:00pm
• 6.5 paid hours per day

Role 2

• 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
• 8:30am - 4:00pm
• 6.5 paid hours per day

About the Role

This is a mainstream support position and not focused on SEND learners. We are looking for candidates with a strong academic background who can provide effective classroom and learner support. Strong English and Maths skills are highly desirable.

Requirements

• Good academic background
• Strong English and Maths skills
• Previous experience supporting learners or working in an educational environment is beneficial
• Reliable, professional and able to build positive relationships with students and staff

Pay & Contract

• £16.11 per hour
• Reviewed termly
• Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
