Female Learner Care/ Support Assistant - Inclusive Learning Hammersmith Campus | £16.11 per Hour | Long-Term Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the Inclusive Learning team at Hammersmith Campus . This is a rewarding opportunity to support a learner with additional needs in a specialist educational environment. Assignment Details ✅ Hammersmith Campus ✅ 9:45am - 3:15pm ✅ 4 or 5 days per week available ✅ £16.11 per hour ✅ Termly reviews ✅ Long-term opportunity for the right candidate The Role Providing one-to-one support within an Inclusive Learning setting Supporting a student with Autism and complex needs Managing and responding appropriately to challenging behaviours Assisting with elements of personal care Working closely with teaching and support staff to ensure a positive learning experience Requirements Previous experience supporting learners with Autism Experience managing challenging behaviours in an educational or care setting Ability to build positive and professional relationships with learners Due to the nature of the personal care requirements, a female LSA is required for this role Patient, resilient, and committed to supporting learner development This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced support professional looking to make a meaningful difference in a learner's educational journey.
