We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the Inclusive Learning team at Hammersmith Campus. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a learner with additional needs in a specialist educational environment.

Assignment Details

✅ Hammersmith Campus
✅ 9:45am - 3:15pm
✅ 4 or 5 days per week available
✅ £16.11 per hour
✅ Termly reviews

The Role

• Providing one-to-one support within an Inclusive Learning setting
• Supporting a student with Autism and complex needs
• Managing and responding appropriately to challenging behaviours
• Assisting with elements of personal care
• Working closely with teaching and support staff to ensure a positive learning experience

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting learners with Autism
• Experience managing challenging behaviours in an educational or care setting
• Ability to build positive and professional relationships with learners
• Due to the nature of the personal care requirements, a female LSA is required for this role
• Patient, resilient, and committed to supporting learner development
